| The Group's principal activities are integration of equipment services focusing on heavy construction and industrial equipment. The Group rents, sells and provide parts and service support for four core categories of specialized equipment: aerial platform equipment, cranes, earthmoving equipment and industrial lift trucks. It operates in five segments: The Equipment Rental segment rents heavy construction and industrial equipment on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to customers. The New Equipment Sales segment sells new equipments. The Used Equipment segment sells used equipment from its rental fleet. The Parts Sales segment sells new and used parts to customers and also provides parts to its own rental fleet. The Repair and Maintenance Services segment provides maintenance and repair services for its customers owned equipment and to its own rental fleet. On 01-Sep 2007, the Group's acquired J.W. Burress. |
