The Group's principal activity is to produce, process, and farm aquatic products. It operates in two segments: the Marine Bio and Healthcare Product segment and the Aquaculture Product segment.. Its plant for processing marine bio and healthcare products consists of two production lines: a powder-product line and an oil-product line. Aquaculture products: Operate six processing lines, which consist of two filleting lines, two whole round fish processing lines and two block processing lines. The Group purchases and processes farm bred and farm raised tilapia and ocean-caught aquatic products through cooperative supply arrangements with the local fisherman for its marine bio healthcare products. The sales of marine bio and healthcare products are made through retail and direct sales channels. The Group's products are sold principally to customers in North America, Europe and Asia.
