The Group's principal activities are investing in and developing, operating and managing toll highways, expressways and bridges mainly in Guangdong Province, Mainland China. It has 13 investment operations including Guangzhou Northern Ring Road, Guangzhou Northern Second Ring Expressway and Humen Bridge located in the Pearl River Delta Region; Guangshen, Guangshan, Guangcong Sections I and II, Guanghua and Qinglian are national highways connecting the traffic hub of Guangzhou City and inter-provincial traffic between Guangdong, Hunan, Jiangxi Provinces; Shantou Bay Bridge connecting the eastern coastal region of Guangdong Province and expressways in Fujian Province; Xian Expressway in Shaanxi and Hunan Xiang Jiang Bridge II. The Group is also involved in investment holding.
