The Group's principal activity is food distribution through Carrefour hypermarket and Champion supermarket networks. The Group operates six franchised Carrefour hypermarkets and 28 Champion supermarkets. It distributes its products through three companies: the parent company, Sogara and Centros Comerciales Carrefour. The Group is the Carrefour's leading franchise operator in France. It operates in France and Spain. In 2008, the Group acquired Ets Quinzani.
