The Group's principal activity is the acquisition and operation of franchises and investment activities. The Group acts as the owner and lesser of non-financial assets and as a franchise developer. The franchise operations are carried out through two main divisions namely, the service division and the fashion retail division. Some of the sub franchises are Kwik Kopy, Pitman Training, BCG Consulting, Premiere and Adolfo Dominguez. The Group operates in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Iran.
