Pay Television Networks provides programming services for cable and pay-per-view TV companies in Mexico, Latin America, the USA and Europe. Programming Exports consists of international licensing of TV programs. Publishing segment publishes Spanish-language magazines in Mexico, the United States and Latin America. Publishing Distribution segment distributes Spanish-language magazines and other consumer products in Mexico and Latin America. Sky provides direct-to-home satellite pay TV services. Cable and Telecom operates a cable TV system and offers TV, internet and telephone service subscriptions. Other businesses include operations in sports and show business promotion, soccer, feature film production and distribution, Internet, gaming and radio.
