The Group's principal activity is distributing pharmaceutical, health and beauty and entertainment products such as books and magazines. It distributes over 15,000 products to supermarket chains, shopping centers, private and government pharmacies, supply centers and retailers through 22 distribution centers throughout Mexico. In April and May 2008, the Group acquired Controladora de Clinicas Ambulatorias y de Rehabilitacion SA de CV and Drogasmil Medicamentos e Perfumeria SA, respectively.
