Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Group's principal activity is the production and distribution of beer, mineral water and other soft drinks. It is also active in the catering business and provides transportation and consulting services. The Group's beer brands include Zywiec, Warka, EB, Lezajsk, Hevelius and Specjal. In 2001, after the agreement with Heineken Polska Sp. z o.o., it also started brewing Heineken. The Group produces mostly for the Polish market but also exports, mainly to the USA and Canada. In 2004 the Group merged with 3 of its subsidiaries: Zaklady Piwowarskie w Lezajsku SA, Browary Warka SA and Elbrewery SA and in 2005 with another one, Zywiec Trade Holding Sp z o.o. The Group acquired Centrum Finansowo-Ksiegowe Zywiec Sp. z o.o. in 2007. |
