| The Group's principal activity is to manufacture wood and paper products. The Group operates under five major divisions Wood, Paper, Sacks, Laminates and Distribution division. Under Wood division, the Group provides sawing timber and untreated timber used in paneling and packaging applications. The Group also offers ready-to-use floorings, facades and decorative items. Under Paper division, the Group produces unbleached, biodegrable and recyclable papers. Under Sacks division, the Group produces paper sacks used in packaging of building materials, food products, chemicals and fertilizers. Under Laminates division, the Group produces laminate sheets used as liners and packaging material. The Group also produces gummed papers and adhesive materials. The Group also distributes packaging materials such as boxes, containers, adhesive ribbons, strapping and fasteners. The Group mainly operates in Europe and Africa. |
