It operates predominantly in the United Kingdom. Its operations are carried out through four divisions, Pub, Pub Partners,Belhaven and Brewing. Pub Company covers the results of managed houses. It encompasses both Old English Inns and Hungry Horse. Pub Partners covers the results of tenanted houses. It runs Greene King's tenanted and leased pubs. Belhaven covers the results of Scottish operation which includes managed and tenanted houses and brewing and selling beer. Brewing Company covers brewing beer, marketing and selling. Cask brands include Greene King IPA, Abbot Ale, Old Speckled Hen and Ruddles County. During 2007, the Group acquired the entire share capital of Hardys & Hansons PLC. |
