The Group's principal activities are manufacturing and selling automobiles and automotive parts and components. It is also involved in designing, researching and developing as well as distributing sports utility vehicles ("SUVs") and pick-up trucks. Other activities include providing after-sale services; export and import of automobile and related spare parts; providing adversary relating to automobile technology and trading activities; logistics and ordinary goods transportation and investment holding. Operations of the Group are carried out in Mainland China and other countries.
