The Group's principal activity is to provide dredging and demolition services. The Group operates in two segments: Dredging and Demolition. Dredging includes enhancement or preservation of navigability of waterways or the protection of shorelines through the removal or replenishment of soil, sand or rock. Demolition involves complete dismantling and demolition of structures and foundations and removing specific structures within a building. Its customers are domestic and foreign government agencies, general contractors, corporations that commission projects, non-profit institutions such as universities and hospitals, and local government and municipal agencies.
