| The Group's principal activities are hotel operation, property investment, manager of real estate investment trust, trading of building materials, share investment, provision of management & maintenance services, insurance agency and fitness centre operation. Hotel operation includes hotel accommodation and food banquet operations. The hotel portfolio comprises seven properties with over 4,000 rooms, including Langham Hotel and Eaton Hotel in Hong Kong and five luxury hotels in London, Toronto, Boston, Melbourne and Auckland. Operations are carried out in Hong Kong, the British Virgin Islands, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United States of America. |
