The Company's principal activity is to provide online post secondary education services. It offers graduate and undergraduate degree programs in its core disciplines of education, business, and healthcare. The Company also offers ground programs at its traditional campus in Phoenix, Arizona and onsite at the facilities of employers. The Company has established relationships with health care systems, school districts, emergency services providers and other employers through which it offers programs onsite to provide flexibility and convenience to students and their employers. At 31-Dec- 2008, the Company's enrolment was 24,000 students. The Company operates solely in the United States.
