| The Group's principal activities are the manufacture, sale, maintenance and repair service of electric and non-electric domestic appliances. The Group operates in two basic segments: Household appliances and Other business segments. The Household Appliances segment includes the manufacture and sale of household appliance of own manufacture, the sale of household appliance of other producers, the manufacture and sale of heating appliances, tool manufacture, machine construction and manufacture of mechanical components. The Other business segment comprises of two sub segments: Home Interior (manufacture and sale of kitchen and bathroom furnitures and fittings and ceramic tiles) and Trade and Services (environmental protection and energy, trade, engineering, representation, catering, tourism and real estate management). The Group operates in Slovenia, the European Union, East Europe, Balkan and other countries. |
