| The Group's principal activity is to supply components, systems and to provide services to aviation aircraft markets. It operates through three segments: The Actuation and Landing Systems provides systems, components and related services pertaining to aircraft taxi, take-off, flight control, landing and stopping and engine components, including fuel delivery systems. The Nacelles and Interior Systems produces products and provides maintenance, repair and overhaul services associated with aircraft engines, including thrust reversers, cowlings, nozzles and their components and aircraft interior products. The Electronic Systems produces systems and components for flight performance measurements, flight management, fuel controls, electrical systems and control and safety data. It operates in North America, Europe and Asia. On 17-Apr-2008 it acquired TEAC Aerospace Holdings Inc and On 18- Jan-2008 it acquired Skyline Industries Inc. |
