The Group operates via six subsidiaries, including activeMOBILE Media AG, engaged in the mobile telephony and Internet marketing; AdLINK Internet Media AG, a provider of digital communication solutions; game mediarep AG, involved in the marketing of online, computer and console games; IP Multimedia (Switzerland) AG, a private marketing agency for television, teletext and radio; Goldbach Media Holding GmbH, consisting of two online and offline marketing companies that specialize in cross media advertising, and Suchtreffer AG, a German provider of search engine solutions. The Group operates in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
