The Group's principal activities are providing information and integrated marketing solution services through online, print and trade-show media. It operates in two segments; Online and other media services and Exhibitions. Online and other media services includes creating and hosting marketing websites that present suppliers products and company information and publish trade magazines, which consist primarily of advertisements from suppliers and independent editorial reports and product surveys. Exhibitions include a new line of trade shows called the China Sourcing Fairs. It offers international buyers direct access to manufacturers in China and other Asian countries. It particularly focuses on the Chinese market. The Group's businesses are conducted primarily through Trade Media Limited, its wholly owned subsidiary.
