Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Group's principal activities are to provide Offshore Construction and Diving Services. The Offshore Construction Services includes the pipeline construction and platform installation and removal services. The Diving Services provides diving and marine support services including subsea construction and project management. The Group operates in six segments: Gulf of Mexico Offshore Construction Division (OCD), Gulf of Mexico Subsea, Latin America, West Africa, Middle East, and Asia Pacific. As of 31-Dec-2007, the Group's fleet included fourteen major construction vessels, three cargo launch barges, ten dive support vessels (DSVs), and one other miscellaneous offshore support vessel. |
