The Group's principal activity is to supply fragrance and flavour products. The Group operates through the fragrance and flavour divisions. The fragrance division is organised into three global business units: fine fragrances: includes unique perfumery compositions; consumer products: includes fabric and personal wash, hair and skin care and fragrance ingredients: includes ingredients for internal use and other fragrance suppliers. The flavour division is organised into four business units: beverages: includes carbonated and non-carbonated soft and alcoholic drinks, fruit juices and instant beverages; dairy: includes ice cream, yoghurts and instant desserts; savoury: includes ready-made meals, snacks soups and poultry and sweet goods: includes baked goods, sugar confections, cereals and chocolate. The Group has operations in the US, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Africa, Middle East and Asia Pacific.
