It operates in three segements: Gilat Network Systems(GNS), Sapcenet Inc and Spacenet Rural Communications. Gilat Network Systems provides satellite and broadband wireless networks and professional services, including turnkey solutions and outsourcing to operators worldwide. Spacenet Inc provides managed VSAT and hybrid network services for business, government and residential customers in North America. Spacenet Rural Communications provides rural Internet and telephony services in Latin America. It also delivers outsourcing solutions to operators for fulfilling Universal Service Obligations. The Group operates in the United States, Europe, Asia, South/Latin America and Israel.
