| The Group's principal activity is to create and develop human antibodies for the treatment of life-threatening and debilitating diseases. The Group has number of HuMax products under development to treat cancers, infectious diseases, and auto immune and inflammatory conditions. It has established multiple partnerships, including agreements with Roche and Amgen, in order to gain access to disease targets and develop new human antibodies. An alliance with Medarex provides the Group with access to the UltiMAb Human Antibody Development System, an array of proprietary technologies for the creation and development of human antibodies to target a variety of diseases. The Group has operations in Utrecht, The Netherlands and Princeton, New Jersey in the United States. |
