| The Group's principal activities are exploration, production, refining and marketing of oil and gas. The Group operates through the following divisions: exploration and production segments explore, find, develop and produce crude oil and natural gas; manufacturing, marketing and distribution segments refine crude oil and purchase, sell and transport crude oil and refined petroleum products. The Group holds oilfield exploration and development licenses in the Yamal-Nenets and Khanti-Mansiisk autonomous regions, as well as in the Omsk and Tomsk regions, and in Chukotka. The Group's main oil processing center is the Omsk Refinery. |
