| The Group's principal activity is to provide security services. The Group operates in two segments: Physical Security and Cash Handling. The Physical Security provides a wide range of services to address all its clients needs including the assignment of security officers in office buildings, shopping malls and industrial parks, pre-board screening services in airports and other services. The Cash Handling segment provides armored cash transportation, automated teller machine maintenance, cash logistics services and the supply of safes and locks. The Group acquired GSS Global on 05-Feb-2007 and ATI International on 10-Apr- 2007. |
