| The Group's principal activities are to develop, produce and market textile-based products. The Group operates in two segments: Gamma Technologies and Gamma Comfort and Style. The Gamma Technology division is active in four business units. The Belting Technology unit manufactures and distributes a wide range of ultra durable coated process and conveyor belts. The Filtration Technology unit manufactures and distributes screen and filter products. The Coating and Composite Technology unit manufactures coatings and composites and industrial knitted fabrics. The Sailcloth Technology unit develops and manufactures high-tech sailcloth for many types of boats. The Gamma Comfort and Style division is active in two business units. The Sleep Care Fabrics unit manufactures durable upholstery fabrics. The Exotic Fabrics unit specialises in the design, manufacture, distribution and sale of dyed and printed fabrics. The Group acquired Kirin and uni-chains A/S in 2007. |
