The Group's principal activity is to acquire, own and manage residential property. The Group rents out the residential property owned by them. This includes income from the leasing of investment property, rent from subsidized apartments and income for recoverable expenses from tenants. The Group operates mainly in Germany. The Group is also into sales of real estate. It acquired GAGFAH Verwaltung GmbH in July 2008.
