The Group's principal activity is designing and manufacturing driveline system products. Its product is the constant velocity joints, consisting of two joints plus a shaft enabling wheels to have full steering movement while accommodating suspension movement and providing constant torque transmission from the engine, yet minimising noise, vibration and harshness. It also supplies performance propeller shafts for use in passenger cars and light commercial vehicles in Europe. The Group also designs and manufactures complex metal alloy structures and special products such as canopy systems, aircraft transparencies and de-icing system. It also has businesses relating to the design and manufacture of steel wheels and driveline systems for the global agricultural, construction and industrial machinery market.
