| The Group's principal activities are the production, selling and marketing of raw materials and compounds intended primarily for the flavour, fragrance, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The Group's operations are split into three main divisions. The Flavour division is engaged in the development, production and marketing of flavour and fragrance extracts, seasonings and seasonings compounds. The Fine Ingredients division is engaged in the production and marketing of raw materials used in the field of peptides designed for the pharmaceutical industry. The Trade and Marketing division is engaged in trade and marketing of raw materials for the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and detergent industries. In 2007, the Group acquired Belmay Ltd, Jupiter Flavors Ltd, Reichan Ltd, Edomim Ltd and Abaco Ltd. |
