| The Group's principal activity is to provide integrated consulting, training and performance enhancement solutions to organizations and individuals in strategy execution, productivity and effective communications. It operates through two business segments. Consumer and Small Business Unit segment focuses on sales to individual customers and small business organizations. It also focuses on the Group's retail stores, eCommerce operations, wholesale and other related distribution channels, like government sales and office superstores. Organizational Solutions Business Unit segment is responsible for the development, marketing, sale and delivery of productivity, leadership, sales performance and effective communication training solutions to the organizational clients, including the government and educational institutions. It operates in the United States, Japan, China, the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Australia, Brazil, Singapore and other foreign countries. |
