| The Group's principal activities are producing and marketing alcoholic beverages. Its industry segments are divided into two, namely Wine and Beer. Its beer industry segment includes spirits, cider and non-alcoholic beverages. It markets its wine products under the brand names of Penfold's, Wolf Blass, Rosemount, Lindemans, Saltram, Seppelt, Wynns and Yellowglen from Australia, Beringer, Etude, Stags' Leap and Chateau Souverain from North America, Matua Valley and Secret Stone from New Zealand and Castello di Gabbiano from Italy. It produces and distributes its beers under the brand names of Crown Lager, Victoria Bitter, Carlton Draught and Cascade Premium, Cougar Bourbon, Strongbow Cider and the Black Douglas Whisky. It also distribute a portfolio of imported brands, including Corona, Stella Artois, Skyy, Angostura Bitters and Perrier. Operations are carried out in Australia, Asia and Pacific, the United States of America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. |
