The Group's principal activity is supplying and operating oil and gas infrastructure projects in China. It is a non-domestic company with a major interest in a crude oil import facility in China. The Group operates in four segments: Natural Gas, Single point mooring facility, Avaiation and Oil Trading Terminal & Office overhead. The Group has operations in the United Kingdom, People's Republic of China and Hong Kong. On 15-Jul-2008, the Group acquired 100% of the issued share capital of Xinyang Fortune Gas Company Limited and its subsidiaries. During 2008, the Group disposed of its 100% interest in subsidiaries in the Gas Holdings group and 15% of its wholly owned gas division, Fortune Gas Investment Holdings Limited.
