The Group's principal activity is providing a range of banking and financial services to its customers. It operates in four segments: Retail Banking, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), Corporate, Commercial and Private Banking and Other. The Group's retail banking offerings consist of debit and credit cards, personal loans, and investment and insurance products. Its corporate banking services include international trade financing, asset and cash management, credit services, factoring and leasing. Through its commercial and small business banking segments, the Bank offers various investment services to small and medium-sized enterprises. Internet and telephone banking are also part of the Bank's offerings. It has five subsidiaries: Fortis Factoring, Fortis Portfoy, Fortis Leasing, Fortis Yatirim and Fortis Pension & Life.
