The Group's portfolio comprised of 490 properties of health, hotel, leisure and accomodation sectors. The Group owns retirement homes, clinics and hospital buildings, hotels, holiday accommodation, holiday clubs and villages, restaurants, cinemas, casinos and amusement parks. The Group operates mainly in France. In 2008, the Group acqiured 62 healthcare clinics operated by the Korian group and the General de Sante group. The Group acquired 202 hotels operated by the Accor group and the Metha Group. The Group acquired 174 restaurants operated by the Quick group and the Courtepaille group and 63 leisure centers operated by the Jardiland group, the Club Mediterranee group and the Pierre & Vacances group.
