The Group's principal activity is to operate as a real-estate company. It is a property market company which deals with building, renovating offices and retail properties. It comprises of four property assets namely: Paris-Golden Triangle, The Financial District, Golden Crescent and Others. Properties include business premises, commercial premises, miscellaneous and residential and car parks. It acquires or purchases property and sells them to third party and also rents out the apartments for commercial and residential purpose. The Group operates mainly in France.
