The Flow Control segment provides industrial valves, control valves, actuators and related equipment. The Flow Solutions segment provides mechanical seals, sealing systems and after market services. Its products and services are used in several industries including petroleum, chemical, power generation and water treatment. It operates in the United States, Europe, Canada, Latin America and Asia Pacific. As on 31-Dec-2008 it acquired Niigata.
