| The Group's principal activities are to provide integrated information management and electronic commerce systems and services. It operates in four segments: The Financial segments provides finalcial institutions with the products and services need to run their banking operations. Payments segment provides products and services that address a range of technology needs for the financial services industry. In 2008, it completed the sale of a 51% interest in substantially all of the businesses in the Insurance segment. Corporate and Other segment primarily consists of unallocated corporate overhead expenses, amortization of acquisition-related intangible assets and intercompany eliminations. It operates in United States, Argentina, Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, France, India, Indonesia, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Poland, Singapore and the United Kingdom.
