The Group's principal activities are to provide contact center, transaction processing and debt collection services, including revenue cycle management in the healthcare industry. The Group operates through Banking, Financial Services and Insurance and Non-Banking, Financial Services and Insurance segments. It has four business verticals: healthcare, telecom and media, banking, financial services and insurance (BSFI), and Asia business unit (ABU). It also provides business process outsourcing (BPO) services. The Group runs 43 delivery centers and handles more than 30 million transactions per month.
