The Group's services include consumer banking, residential and commercial lending, as well as risk and wealth management services. It provides the customers with consumer and commercial banking services like residential and commercial real estate loans, commercial business loans and leases, consumer loans and consumer and commercial deposit products. The Group also provides insurance, trust and investment services. On 14-Jan-2005 Group acquired Hudson River Bancorp Inc and on 29-July-2005 Hatch Leonard Naples Inc. On 12-Sept-2005 it acquired Burke Group Inc. Group invested in real estate limited partnerships with TSB Real Property Inc. On 1-Jan-2006 Group merged with HLN. As on 31-Mar-2007, the Group operates through 119 branches and 159 ATM's. |
