| The Group's principal activities are to provide property and business services to residential, corporate and public sector customers. The Group operates in four segments: Residential Property Management, Commercial Real Estate Services, Integrated Security services and Property Improvement Services. Residential Property Management segment provides residential property management, maintenance, landscaping and other services to residential community associations. Commercial Real Estate Services provides brokerage and advisory services to clients. Integrated Security services segment provides security systems installation, maintenance, monitoring and manpower to commercial customers. Property Improvement Services segment provides franchised and Company-owned property services. On 01-Oct-2007, the group acquired 80% of the shares of Field Asset Services. In Apr-2008, the Group announced the divestiture of our Integrated Security Services division. |
