The Group's principal activities are to provide property and business services to residential, corporate and public sector customers. The Group operates in four segments: Residential Property Management, Commercial Real Estate Services and Property Improvement Services. Residential Property Management segment provides residential property management, maintenance, landscaping and other services to residential community associations. Commercial Real Estate Services provides brokerage and advisory services to clients. Property Improvement Services segment provides franchised and Company-owned property services. The Group operates in the United States, Canada, Australia and Other countries. On 01-July-2008, the Group sold of the businesses comprising its Integrated Security Services segment.
