It operates through two segments:Transaction Processing Services and Lender Processing Services. The products and services offered include core processing for financial institutions, card issuer and transaction processing services, mortgage loan processing and mortgage-related information products and outsourcing services to financial institutions, retailers, mortgage lenders and real estate professionals. On February 1, 2006, The Group and a majority-owned subsidiary of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., was combined with Certegy Inc.The Group is proving its services to more than 60 countries. The major customers include JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, ING/ Direct, Charles Schwab Bank, Citizens Bank of Rhode Island, Barclays Capital, Bank of Scotland, Rabobank and national retail chains including Sears, Best Buy, Marmaxx and Albertson's. |
