| The Group's principal activity is providing solutions that support the financial services companies throughout the world. On July 02, 2009, completed the spin-off of its former lender processing services segment into Lender Processing Services, Inc., (LPS). After the spin-off, the operations of the Group are carried out through its new four segments: Payment Solutions segment is focused on servicing the payment and electronic funds transfer needs of U.S. banks, credit unions, automotive financial companies, commercial lenders, independent community and savings institutions. Financial Solutions segment is servicing the core and related ancillary processing needs of U.S. banks, credit unions, automotive financial companies, commercial lenders, independent community and savings institutions. International provides core banking applications, item processing and card services. The Corporate and Other segment consists of the corporate overhead costs. |
