Thomson Financial Business Description:
| The Company's principal activity is that of an Investment Trust. The objective of the Company is to achieve long-term capital growth from the stockmarkets of continental Europe. The Company is an Investment Company as defined in Section 266 of the Companies Act 1985. The Company has been approved by the Inland Revenue as an Investment Trust for the purposes of Section 842 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 for the year ended 31-Dec-2006. Investment management services are provided by Fidelity Investments International for a quarterly fee calculated at the rate of 0.25% (plus VAT) of the value of the Company's assets under management payable quarterly in arrears. The agreement is terminable by either party at any time by giving not less than six months' written notice. |
