The Company offers passenger, container, agricultural products, minerals, hydrocarbons and mining products transportation services and cargo handling mainly in the departments of Santa Cruz, Chuquisaca and Tarija. In addition, the Company offers rail connections from the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra to Argentina and Brazil. As of December 31, 2010, the Company’s majority shareholder was Trenes Continentales SA, with 50% of its interests.
