Ferrocarril del Pacifico SA (FEPASA) is a Chile-based company that provides railroad and freight trucking transportation and distribution services mainly to the mining, forestry, agricultural, industrial and waste management sectors. The Company operates in an area that comprises 1,729 kilometers of railway tracks between the municipalities of La Calera and Puerto Montt and connects seven Chilean regions. The Company owns and manages a fleet of 89 locomotives and more than 3000 wagons, which are used for the transport of a variety of goods, such as cellulose, wooden boards, mineral concentrates, grains, chemicals and fuels, among others. The Company has a 99.99%-owned subsidiary, Transportes FEPASA Ltda. FEPASA’ s main shareholder is Puerto Ventanas SA.
