The Group's principal activity is to operate large off-shore service vessels. The Group operates in three segments: Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels (AHTS), Platform Supply Vessels (PSV) and Other Activities. The Group operates mainly in the North Sea, in Brazilian water, in West Africa, in Australian water and offshore Vietnam, Malaysia and the Philippines. Offshore activities include deep water exploration and oil production, drilling and other production activities using floating systems with suction anchors, salvage operations and coast guard services.
