The Group's principal activity is operating as an integrated food and beverage business whose primary activities include the franchising of trademarks, either company-owned or licensed, to Quick Service Restaurant franchisees. The Group also manufactures and supply product to these franchisees and the retail trade. The Food Service Division consists of the Wholesale Business unit, comprising the Warehouse, Butchery, Bakery and Sauce/Spice production units, Steers Retail products and Pouyoukas Foods, which are retailed through supermarket chains. The Franchising Division incorporates the Group's brands, namely Steers, Wimpy, Debonairs Pizza, FishAways, House of Coffees, Brazilian and Whistle Stop. The Group is consists of 1,602 franchised restaurants.
