The Group's principal activity is the operation of convenience chain stores handling food, non-food products and fast food. The operations are carried out through the following divisions: Convenience Stores, EC related operations and Other. Convenience Stores division operates direct-run and franchised convenience store 'FamilyMart'. EC related operations division takes care of mail-order sales through Web site, mobile phone site and catalogs, services provided through multi-media terminal 'Fami Port', development of products. Other operations include leasing/rental, real estate and credit cards.
