| The Group's principal activities are carried out through four segments: Community Banking: Offers services that are offered by full-service commercial banks, including commercial and individual demand, savings and time deposit accounts and commercial, mortgage and individual installment loans. Wealth Management: Provides a broad range of personal and corporate fiduciary services including the administration of decedent and trust estates. Insurance: Includes a full-service insurance agency offering all lines of commercial and personal insurance through major carriers. Consumer Finance: Involved in making personal installment loans to individuals and purchasing installment sales finance contracts from retail merchants. As of 31-Dec- 2007, the Group operates 155 community banking offices Pennsylvania and Ohio and 54 Consumer Finance offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Tennessee. |
