| The Group's principal activities are importing, exporting, licensing, distribution and retailing consumer fashion wear and accessories, household furnishing and timepieces. The Group distributes established brands of fashion wear and accessories such as Valentino, GUESS and La Senza. It also designs and manufactures apparel for Baby GUESS? and GUESS? Kids in 12 countries throughout Southeast Asia, Australia and the Middle East. The Group also has its own menswear and ladieswear brand, Raoul and kidswear label, Paint 8. The Group distributes timepieces for brands such as Girard- Perregaux, Jean Richard, Bell & Ross, GUESS?, GUESS? Collection, Nike Timing, Victorinox Swiss Army Nautica and Marc Ecko. Home furnishings distributed by the Group are the Lalique and Sheridan brands. Other activity is jointly operating a bar called the Devils Bar. The Group operates in Southeast Asia, North Asia, USA and Australia. |
