| The Group's principal activity is to provide mission critical technical solutions to energy, food processing and air transportation industries. It operates through four segments. Energy Production Systems: Designs and manufactures systems and provides services used by oil and gas companies. Energy Processing: Designs manufactures and supplies technologically advanced high pressure valves and fittings for oilfield service customers. FoodTech: Supplies food processing and handling systems and services to the food industry. Airport Systems: Supplies passenger boarding bridges, cargo loaders and other ground support products and services along with designing, manufacturing and servicing equipment and systems primarily for commercial airlines, air freight companies and airports. It operates in US, Norway and other countries with 33 manufacturing facilities in 18 countries. On 01-Sep-06, the Group acquired certain assets of Galaxy Oilfield Service Ltd. |
