| The Group's principal activity is to provide health care management and administration services. The Group operates through two segments: Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and Specialty and Ancillary Services (SAAS). PBM segment include network claims processing, home delivery services, benefit design consultation, drug utilization review, formulary management, disease management, and drug data analysis services. SAAS segment includes specialty services, distribution of infusion drugs, physician offices, and infusion centers; distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies; third party logistics; fertility services and bio-pharmaceutical. The Group customers include health insurers, third-party administrators, employers, union-sponsored benefit plans, renal dialysis clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, primary care physicians and retina specialists. The Group operates in United States and Canada. On 10-Oct-2007, the Group acquired Connect Your Care LLC. |
